NTT, global technology services company, has a longstanding and trusted relationship with Amicus, having recently completed several NTT Group subsidiary company projects throughout Australia. Following the successful delivery of their Darling Park – Sydney (1), Darling Park – Sydney (2) and Elizabeth St – Melbourne projects, NTT decided to engage Amicus again for their brand new 4 level workspace in Melbourne, in the newly renovated 35 Collins St. The ambition was to bring different teams from subsidiary companies, Dimension Data, NTT Communications, Viiew and Oakton under one roof and achieve a fresh fit-out which provides a variety of work settings for focus work, meetings, collaboration and relaxation.
With an end of lease on the horizon at their existing space and managing expectations of staff moving to a flexible working environment, Amicus provided a strategy solution to determine the staff needs in a new environment and assisted with change management activities.
