Spotlight on Amicus’s transformation of Macquarie Media’s Perth radio broadcast studio into a great place to work and visit.
Macquarie Media, one of Australia’s leading commercial broadcast radio operators, worked with Amicus to bring about a comprehensive transformation of its Perth studios (home to Perth’s 6PR news talk station).
The multi-stage delivery not only modernised the studio, it ensured the station remained on-air throughout the project. One of the challenges was minimising construction noise while the studio was broadcasting.
The refurbished space offers a much improved environment for employees, on-air talent and guests. The state-of-the-art recording studios are adjacent to exceptional breakout areas for staff, providing a great working atmosphere flooded with natural light.
